Maybe billionaires can't stick to budgets either

Can someone loan Mark Cuban a buck or two? Or, at least, donate some hairstyling services?

I think I NEED Mark Cuban to have goofy hair so I can feel superior to him in some small way. Smart billionaires living their dream can be so annoying.
